Pastoral Care
Our UU Church has a history of fostering caring for one another. Indeed, it is the loving outreach of everyone in the congregation that tells the total picture of our generosity and compassion. The Caring Committee is comprised of men and women who collaboratively work to support congregation members in times of stress, and in times of celebration.
We visit congregants when ill or in the hospital, offer friendship, supportive help and food to those in need. We cheer folks up with cards of all sorts, arrange for transportation to church and to appointments when possible, and organize refreshments for milestone birthdays and memorial service receptions held at the church.
